“When I needed my rose gold engagement set resized, I called at least 5 jewelers. Most simply stated, "no rose gold". The gentleman at S & N took both bands up a few sizes in under 30 minutes. He gave us an extremely reasonable price. The kicker is that they look better than when I brought it in! It used to have a crooked silver streak where I sized it down ages ago. Now, the bands are perfect, shiny, and rose gold throughout. I am thankful to have found such an incredibly gifted jeweler. 100/5 ⭐”

Honestly, the only reason we picked Kay over any of the other stores is that we were vacationing in the outer Banks when I decided at my wife of 20 years deserved a new ring. When you're out there, they're just aren't 30 different chains to choose from. There was a Kay in Elizabeth City that was an easy enough drive from nags Head, so we went to Kay. I'm glad we did. Their selection is great, they're people are great, and when we got back to Winston-Salem they had a store right here for us that we could use to get the ring sized. The people there were great too. Very happy with our experience.”
