Service was fast and friendly. I misplaced my debit card, and needed a new one. I was out the branch in five minutes with a temporary card. Tellers did a great job. ??

After nearly 10 years of loyal patronage to Suntrust, my family will be leaving this new version of our bank.For years, we have had a rewards credit card with this bank. Every year, we let the rewards build up, and we use them to order gift cards at the end of the year to give as Christmas gifts. Before this merger, we never had a problem with this process.This year, we went online and ordered nearly $200 worth of gift cards with our rewards points. After 3 weeks, we had not received our cards in the mail yet. I called the customer service number provided in the confirmation email. The first time I called, I was transferred 3 times only to be hung up on by the last person I was transferred to before they even spoke. Literally just picked up the phone and hung it up. This was 45 minutes of my time.So I called back and once again, I was transferred 3 times and when I finally spoke to someone, I was told that since I did not choose to pay an extra $25 for shipping, there was no tracking and they "are unable to refund my points or resend the gift cards"After this call, I went to my local branch and explained to them what had happened. The branch manager, Brilliant and one of the other employees, Dorian, were very sympathetic and eager to assist me in finding a solution. They called the same department I had spoken with and were also transferred numerous times. Once they spoke to a representative, the rep told them the same thing they told me. The branch manager asked to speak to a supervisor. Once he got a supervisor on the line, he explained the situation once again, and the supervisor said the same thing the rep said. This supervisor's name was Axel.Brilliant asked Axel to please resend the cards and that he would personally pay for it from the branch's budget. While this was a very commendable gesture that I did not expect and greatly appreciated, Axel said that he cannot resend the cards. The only thing he could do was send a request to replace the cards to another department.After two weeks, I had not received any updates so I went back to the branch to ask for an update. Brilliant once again called to get an update but to no avail. We got the same run around that we had received before and ultimately ended up speaking with a different supervisor that straight up told us that they will not replace the cards, and the resolution department had no phone number that we could call.So, after using this credit card all year long and accumulating all those points, and after nearly a decade of dedicated patronage, my wife and I are left completely stunned by the behavior of this bank. While we do appreciate the local branch employees for their assistance and willingness to make things right, the corporate departments have completely failed us. The total lack of empathy and unwillingness to serve their customers has left such a foul taste in our mouths that we have decided to close all 4 of the accounts we hold with Truist and move to another bank. It is unfathomable to me how poorly this situation was handled and disgusting to me that no one at this bank, other than the local branch employees were willing to make it right.

We own the appliance shop next to the bank. They are extremely helpful and greet you when you walk in.

Tellers are so rude here. Not stopping at this location again

Quick service and friendly, helpful bankers. Not a fan of some of the issues I've had with BBT itself, hence the 4 stars

Both of the tellers at the drive thru window are so rude. They definitely need to work on their customer skills We try to avoid this location just because of them. Haven't had any problems at other locations.
