This place is terrible not only to work at but also to be a customer. I am a damn good worker but they treated me like trash and so I left but I have been up there a few times since and it’s like no one is working everyone is on their phones and they are so rude and disrespectful when acknowledging you. This place is also very disgusting but tonight I went and waited 20 minutes in the drive through got up to the window and paid and then they tell me they don’t have what I ordered to pick something else so I did but I come home and there’s no fries so I go back up there and just want a refund she said she couldn’t do a refund that she could only remake the order this place is just pathetic.

Paid for bacon kings, then told there was no bacon. Told them to make the sandwiches without the bacon. Took 20 mins, drove home and they didn't pu the fries in the bag. Drove all the way back up and asked for a refund, waited twenty mins and was told they couldn't do the refund. Told them to just remake the order and had to wait again.

I was there around 4:30 with my kids and this very tall guy with face tattoos kept cussing at another employee and it really scared my kids. This is very unacceptable and should not be happening in a place of business, especially with kids around!

Service was very disappointing. Food, ( not any part of my order was right.) I paid 31.00 for bad service ,order wrong, and not to mention they weren't even busy.not 1 car in go thru or no cars parked on the side. I guess they wanted their play time, and didn't want to see to my order correctly. Sorry,rude customer service.

The York rd store in Kings Mountain has made a huge improvement. The new management and staff have done an excellent job improving food quality, service standards, and cleanliness. My husband and I wouldn't eat at this location for the past year, due to poor quality and service. We heard of the new management and decided to try again, we were beyond pleased. After 7 visits in the past 5 months, every experience was pleasant. The new manager is as sweet as she can be. Staff are friendly and ensure quality food goes out with every order. You guys are awesome and I wanted to let y'all know, the hard work hasn't gone unnoticed!!!!

If there was a negative star that would have been my choice. Those pitiful sandwiches. Lettuce was brown,what little was on there. All of the condiments inside the buns were barely between the buns. The onion was sliced so thick and there was only one partial piece of a ring half on half off. After waiting 15 mins in line with only 2 in front of us.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair ramps going into both doors on opposite sides of the building.

Omg like I came thru the drive thru like three days ago and the man that was taking my order was the definition of the customer service that you want like real spill.I think his name was varson he was oh so polite, an made sure my food was right ,fresh,and it didn't take long at all..oh plus all the condiments was In the bag so you know thats a big +..So i thank him for his exceptional customer service. ??

Burger King in Kings Mountain NC needs to close the doors pleaseeeeee! I gave them another chance and the food was unbearable the grease had to be a month old! Food smells like a burning building! Why and how it's still open is a wonder to me. Make it a Cook Out are something and hire and pay the staff/cooks! It doesn't deserve 1 star to be honest!

The "management" needs help and she doesn't need to be in any postition of customer service. First experience with the new management was pulling into the drive thru and the speakers says, "Whatcha want?" OK, call me old fashioned, but I really expect more than that. The person at the window had a tag that said, "Manager." The second time, this happened the same way. Third visit I went inside. This manager was the only person I saw working. From the apparent attitude it is no small wonder that she can't get anyone to help her. There was no way I was going to trust her making any kind of food item. A guy that walked in behind me walked out before I did. Keep wondering how she ever made manager.Ended up going to a different BK where there were six friendly workers. What a difference a manager can make.I don't take giving a low review lightly. Repeated bad behavior is what caused me to want to never go back.
