I went to CVS to do some shopping with a couple of others who needed my assistance shopping. We were all able to get the items that we needed on sale. The reps were very attentive and pleasant. It was so much better than going into one of the bigger stores.

Terrible pharmacy, actually hung up the phone when being asked questions about a refill . Never encountered such ignorance and laziness

I only wish I could post negative stats. Most rude group of employees I have ever witnessed in a CVS, and that is certainly saying something.
It takes a great deal to force me to complain, but O yes, I am going to complain. I call the store after I leave. The store manager is out of town, and of course, the manager on duty does not have a telephone number for the district manager and no way of reaching them. Don’t worry. I will find the number. Something needs to be done about this atrocious group of women.

The new store manager here is absolutely terrible. It’s very clear she doesn’t have a clue what she is doing, her employees are fantastic though. But honestly, she needs to be fired..

Pharmacy team works so hard and I know it's very overwhelming at times. I've never had any issues but I will say the new lady (I think she's the manager) is rude and at times she comes off as very condescending. On the other hand, Natasha always makes my experience great, she's a breath of fresh air and I absolutely adore her! Thanks Tasha!!
The guy with the dreds is awesome too, can't leave him out!

Refuses to answer the phone after calling all day and being left on hold for 40 mins at a time. Every other cvs picks up within 30 seconds

If I could offer zero stars, I would do so without hesitation, for my latest excursion into the supposed convenience offered by CVS was anything but. Allow me to set the stage of this disastrous narrative, featuring the lackluster performance of one employee: Cody.
It was a dreary Thursday afternoon when I ventured into my local CVS, seeking nothing more than a few simple items—a task I presumed would be easy and swift. Little did I know, my shopping list would become a scroll of sorrow, thanks to Cody’s appalling lack of customer service skills.
Upon entering, I was greeted by the sight of Cody, who seemed more engrossed in his phone than the looming presence of actual, living customers requiring assistance. His detachment from the reality of retail responsibility was the first of many disappointments.
I approached with a question about the location of a specific medication—a simple inquiry that would test the bounds of Cody’s employment. Rather than offering the warm guidance one would expect, Cody’s response was a nonchalant nod toward aisle 7, no eye contact, no semblance of human warmth—just a cold dismissal as if my health needs were a burden too heavy to bear.
Venturing alone, as Cody had so unceremoniously suggested, I found myself lost in a labyrinth of over-the-counter remedies. Aisle 7 was a mirage, a false promise as the item I sought was nowhere to be found. I returned to Cody, hoping for a spark of diligence, but was met with an exasperated sigh and a mumbled, "Maybe try aisle 8?" Again, he was wrong.
The climax of this tragedy struck at the checkout. Cody, still our protagonist in the saga of service that should not be, rang up my items with the enthusiasm of a sloth in slow motion. His demeanor was not only unhelpful but dipped into the realm of rudeness. Every scanned item seemed a Herculean task, and every interaction was tainted with the stench of indifference.
I left CVS not only without my desired purchase but with a heavy heart filled with the despair only poor customer service can bestow. This encounter with Cody was a stark reminder that not all help is helpful, and sometimes, the quest for a simple shopping trip can turn into an epic of unfortunate events.
In conclusion, dear readers, should you find yourself at the mercy of Cody at CVS, brace yourselves for a journey of disappointment. Perhaps in another life, Cody might rise to the occasion, but in this one, he serves as a cautionary tale of what customer service should never become.

I’ve been going to this location quite some time now and for the past 5 or 6 months I’ve had the best experience when picking up my medicine. First, I would love to recognize Shafira (spelled incorrectly) and Tasha (spelled incorrectly) that works the drive-thru window! They give the best customer service, every time I’m there they are the same, they treat you with respect and never show any aggravation. I am lucky to encounter with such great ppl knowing that jobs aren’t easy when dealing with numerous of ppl each day. Job well done ladies, thanks for always having such great customer service.

This has to be the sorriest pharmacy I have ever been to. You receive text messages saying prescriptions are ready and they are not. You sit in line forever. They can never find prescriptions.

The new manager in pharmacy is very rude!!! Been with this pharmacy over 20 years and never had issues and was always treated kind. This new lady is awful! Very rude and talks over you like you’re not even there. She doesn’t belong in this type of customer care !

I've used CVS in kings mtn over 4 years. Used to get all my presciptions at the same time. Not any more. They always mess them up. I picked up 2 of my prescriptions Monday. They told me they were working on the other. 4 days later no texts. App no longer shows they were working on it. Called them for them to tell me they don't have enough pills to fill it. For someone needing heart meds this is unacceptable. Girls that answer the phone are cold and uncaring. I'd fire them all

Received text from CVS asking if I wanted to refill a Rx. I answered yes. Reply received that it would be refilled. (Monday) Went Friday to pick it up and they knew nothing about it. Said it would be ready in one hour. My wife was also waiting on 2 RX. Told 1 hour. This was 4PM. Went back at 7PM. Still not ready and said they had no time to fill the prescriptions. I had the impression that's what they were there for. Had called earlier and was on hold for 41 minutes with no answer. When arrived they told me only had 3 people and weren't answering the phone. It is something like this every time I go to this store. The only good service I get is when Brian is there. If he's not there, they should put a closed sign on the door and go home. Sorriest service received is here - Kings Mountain CVS!!!

Unfortunately insurance makes us use cvs. Been trying since Friday to get blood pressure meds. Blood pressure 180 over 110 I stayed on hold 45 minutes today (Monday) shortly after my wife spent another 45 minutes on hold still have not spoken with a person. Head throbbing eye twitching it’s nice to know your local pharmacy has our back. Or maybe they are getting kick backs from the funeral home .
