C & P storage is owned apparently by the same people because this is what comes up when you search them. This place is one of the worst managed businesses I've ever seen. Nobody is ever at the office. Nobody answers the phone ever. They never return calls. When you have a problem or something as simple as need to pay your monthly bill, they can't even be found for that! I would suggest staying as far away from these people as you can. If I could give zero stars or even less, I would!

The worst customer service I’ve ever delt with in my life, and not only that just very unprofessional. We went once it opened mind you it says 9am online but they told us 10:30-11 on the phone & only to find out they were on lunch when they hadn’t even worked yet?!?? Save your time because this lady will waste it. Uptown Mini storage is much better and they actually are there! ?

Storage lockers are fairly secure and the prices are fair would recommend them but from my experience I wouldn’t recommend parking a trailer there

This place was rat infested. I paid $166.38 a month for this rat infested place. My boxes and totes were full of rat fetus and urine. My furniture had rat fetus all over them. While we were there we saw 3 rats run from unit to unit. The place is unsafe and filthy and stunk. I will never ever use them again. Very spooky inside. The people that worked there were very unprofessional. Elaine Carringer

As long as you have a lock for your unit, your stuff will be safe. There's a fence that's open, looks like most of the time. The front door, isn't even locked! Maybe they just forgot to lock it that night. They did let me come in after hours so that was pretty cool.

Everything was moldy when we went to get our stuff out of storage. After paying extra for climate control: so much of our stuff was ruined.
