Kings Mountain ABC Store is a well-regarded local establishment known for its friendly and helpful staff. The employees, including Jack, are praised for their excellent customer service, always being willing to assist customers in finding specific products or suggest new ones.
While the store may not have the largest selection compared to larger outlets, it makes up for it with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate the staff's expertise and willingness to share their knowledge, whether it's about new liquor offerings or mixing the perfect drink.
The only potential downside noted is the presence of cigarette smoke in the back stockroom area, which can linger and affect customers who need to access that part of the store. However, this seems to be a minor issue that does not significantly detract from the overall positive experience at Kings Mountain ABC Store.
Staff are very knowledgable about their products and inventory. I've gone in many times explaining what taste or what I'm tring to accomplish and they always nail what im hunting. Staff are friendly and always have a good selection.
