I have no issues with this post office. All the employees do a great job. Sometimes they are short staffed.

Y'all need to check y'alls employees they are stealing people's packages or sending it to other peoples addresses and the USPS will not doing anything about it there are more than 20 people in Shelby and kings mountain having this same problem and it's sad..... DO BETTER

Something is literally wrong with this postal service I send the personal letter to this asinine postal service and they said you will get it Saturday or the next week never got it I learned my lesson is to never send a letter here again.

Terrible experience! Lost package I sent out. Filed claim and still no answer. I had 100 dollars insurance on this package! No answers , no package to be found and no reimbursement for the insurance on package. Tried calling several times and put on hold for 42 minutes last time called and still nobody answered phone!

India and the young guy that was working with her on April 1 2023 was extremely helpful and super nice never was rude to me or my mother in law they definitely deserve a BIG RAISE frfr thank u to these two so very much never have I been treated so well I’m a post office in my life glad I moved to kings mountain!!! ?
