I had a very pleasant interaction with Tara regarding an exchange. I purchased some expired Tylenol and she was very sympathetic to my troubles & demonstrated great customer handling skills. I’m not sure if she is in management or not, but she’s qualified. She was working up front, so she wasn’t part of the Rx team.
