“Yesterday was a hard day for me - mom is unable to drive, so I now have her vehicle that has been sitting for almost two years and looked horrible. I told the guy at Whistle about the sensitivity of the moment, and four wonderful young men helped ease my burden. They made great effort to scrub away the dirt, pollen, and tree sap before I actually went through the car wash.
I went over to the vacuum/interior cleaning area to work on the inside - only to accidentally lock my keys and my phone in the car. One of your staff members came immediately to the rescue, and I was back on the road.

“Everything worked great. I got my dad's Flex all cleaned up. I did use the drive-thru cleaning and then used the side stations. I needed to vacuum the floors. All equipment was working, so that made it a great visit!”

“A few days ago I gave this place a 1 star review because I had an issue with my last oil change service. To my surprise the owner (Chris Gardner) gave me a call and I explained the situation to him. He was very professional and he fixed the problem. Great customer service is really hard to come by these days. I really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond to correct the situation. Due to his professionalism and customer service I give him a 5 star!!!”

“I got package 1. My experience was semi. However the person detailing my car was new. But the supervisor immediately stepped in and advised that the detail was not completed. I wish I got her name but didn't. However after she addressed the situation, I was totally satisfied. Also my husband dropped his wallet and we received a phone call while running errands letting us know that they had his wallet. When we arrived a gentleman let us know he found it. We gave an undisclosed amount to him to the cashier to give to the gentleman that found it. Overall I appreciate the service that was provided. Expensive but good. Just make sure you are getting what you paid for.”
