Very great customer service and the employees are great too I can't remember all their names but they're great the two ladies that were there when I came.

Excellent customer service during my first visit. Perla was very helpful in giving me a breakdown on phone plans and was never hesitant. I dont know a lot about phones but she was able to answer all my questions since she seems to be well knowledgeable about them more than I am. Definetly recommend this Cricket store!

Last Monday I went to have my phone switched over, some steps were missed which caused me to have to go back into the store to rectify the problem.
