After our trailer arrived, we realized it was leaking. They sent a team out same day to weld the spot, ensuring our items were not water damaged. Our closing was delayed at our final destination, and they graciously offered flexibility to us in not charging us for an additional month of storage, even though we would have been a few days over the limit. Every customer service rep I spoke with through the process was extremely easy to work with. If you pack your stuff carefully and load the truck thoughtfully, you’ll have everything get there in one piece.
