Sylvia was such a polite and professional wireless agent to help assist me in adding a new line to my phone plan. Things were not in my favor but Sylvia took the time and had the patience and understanding to help me get a brand new phone. I came in having the iPhone SE and I left with a iPhone 15. Was literally blessed beyond measure. I was concerned about having a brand new phone and no case and she told me no worries. I could add it to my phone plan. She was very thorough and explained the pricing increases and prorations clearly to me so I could know what to expect on my next billing cycle. Love this location! 🤩 10/10

It’s been 7 years since I last bought a phone from US Cellular and this past week I went and purchased my wife and I new phones. This experience was the BEST experience I’ve ever had there. Shout out to Edson Domingo-Castillo for taking care of all our needs. His professionalism has been unmatched! We need more people like is in retail. He was very informative and patient with us. He even made suggestions for other products to enhance our phone experience. We were in and out in a decent amount of time which is a first for us. In the past we spend hours trying to get new phones. Edson we just want to say we thank you and appreciate your kindness and your level of customer service! We highly recommend you!

I walked in and gave them my information. They came up with every excuse in the book as to why what I told them was not correct - then I showed them the text that was sent to me from their store.
The associate working with me was not knowledgeable and constantly had to ask the person next to her how to proceed. Just call customer service and save the trip to this store.
A half truth is a whole lie.

I had to take a death certificate and POA paperwork to get some changes done to my parent's account. They made this process much easier. They were top notch! Thank you, because that was hard emotionally.
