Tracie is amazing, she remembers my name and I haven't been to this branch on over 6 months because I usually deal with the new bern branch. She is always smiling and I have never had any issues

Wells Fargo is now one of the worst banks to deal with. I waited in line inside the lobby for well over 30min and still no help so I left and went to Greenville at there Wells Fargo Bank. Plus the customer service is sorry as hell also I will not recommend this bank to anyone in Kinston.
