“Routine maintenance service at Boyd Chevrolet on my 2024 GMC Sierra. Appt was made by phone with Bob for 11 am and we dropped the truck at 830am. Oil change, filter, tire rotation and NC State inspection were performed. Boyd has a nice texting application that tracks your vehicle as it moves through the service functions and communicates when vehicle is ready. The truck was ready before our initial appointment time. Everything seems good the tech Sean put 38PSI in each tire as requested. Excellent service! Thank you Bob, Sean and Boyd Chevrolet!”
“Used this service to unlock keys in the trunk. It was difficult due to the key being in the truck of a 2018 Toyota Camry. The seats go down only from being able to get into the trunk. The gentleman was very patient with us and it required quite the ingenuity to trick the car alarm, unlock the car, to pop the trunk. On top of this it was dark, hot and humid. We were so excited to finally get the keys. We forgot to give him a tip, which was well deserved. Thank you.”
