“My boyfriend ran over an allen wrench yesterday (New Year's Day) on his way back to VA and called Seto for a tow to a tire shop. While the tow was on its way we discovered the shop wasn't opened. Once the tow driver showed up we asked about other shops and he said everything was closed.Panic! What to do now?!The driver said let me take a look. Ended up patching the tire and getting him on his way home. My boyfriend attempted to pay for the tow since the driver had been dispatched and he said since there wasn't a tow he wouldn't charge for one. He arrived quickly, was helpful and professional.We're grateful. Please treat this gentleman to lunch or something.Thank you!”

“Brian in Service was amazing again! I am a single parent and was off the beach for an appointment. Brian helped me get my car serviced, got my son a ride home, and even let me pay for it! Brian is polite, effective, and a real asset to the service department. Highly recommend Brian at OBX Chevy Service Department.Oh- I wanted the tires rotated on my car. Brian could have just done what I asked, BUT he called me and advised not to do the rotation due to some of the wear on the tires! I have never had ANY service center actually look out for me like this! Thank you Brian and OBX Chevy again!”

“We just came down for the weekend crossed the bridge and our service brake assist alert came on. After two tries at other places this was the first and only one that would even look at our vehicle. They did great! Fixed us up even though they don’t work weekends and we enjoyed our weekend in OBX and had our truck back and fixed to return home on Sunday. Would recommend highly!
