The CVS team and pharmacists are always ready to help. The Southern Shores CVS is especially welcoming and feel like a smaller independent pharmacy. The team are very pleasant, work hard all the time and have great personality and work ethic. Customers say the service is a treasure of customer service expertise, with warm welcome, great zeal and top to bottom great experience. The pharmacy is great, super‑professional and helped with prescription transfers, proper price applying Good RX, insulin and Rx insurance plan that manages my Rx. It is a great place with great service.
I had problems with the self checkout accepting a coupon. There was not enough people there to quickly help. The issues was resolved finally.

The only person working in the store was vacuuming and never stopped. When I approached the checkout, she informed me to use the self checkout. It was 45 minutes until closing, and you could tell she was not at all happy I was there!
