“Ensure you alot plenty of time to look around in here as I made the mistake of thinking out would be a quick look. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They also have a military discount as an added bonus. I would definitely recommend.”
“Great gift shop. Was looking for a drinking glass with OBX to add to my glass collection, but couldn't find one in any other gift shop. Had nearly given up hope, but during a bicycle ride, I spotted this place and decided to check it out. Glad I did.”

“Based on a suggestion from Trip Advisor, we stopped twice during our trip to OBX. The staff greeted us upon entering and were very helpful. The store is divided into a general souvenir/gift shop and a car lover's delight with t-shirts, signage, etc. of many different makes and models.”

“One of the cutest and well curated shops in the OBX. Unique gifts and local items, as well as beach themed products, They have the cutest puppy - Fred, that greets you when you walk in.”
“Was able to find my souvenir pin that I was looking for every where ! Great shop to find stuff that’s not just tourist China junk and very cool owner ! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for something unique, plus the lamp shop was cool as well !”
“One of my go to stops when we are in OBX, it's a great place to get souvenir items as well as delicious salt water Taffy, brittles and scratch made chocolate items.”

“Very cute place. Much bigger than it looks and it's absolutely packed with stuff. I'm not sure how much of it is local though. It seems like it's mostly mass produced things. Also they are open a little later than most of the other tourist-y shops which was good.”
“I love being an artist for this gallery. I have been with them since around 2009/2010. Great selection of local art. I am honored to have been chosen to sell work here.”

“I love this store! They have everything from jams to cool classic tee shirts of classic cars, all makes! Wind chimes! Christmas ornaments... Christian items. Great variety.”
“If you love fresh saltwater taffy then this is your go to place. The numerous flavor options and the freshness of the taffy is wonderful! This taffy melts in your mouth and you can actually taste the flavor. No more waxy taffy for me. The bonus is they have a great gift shop too. Don’t be afraid to stop in and explore. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Tons of stuff in this store. The gentleman that let us try the wine, had some great suggestions for stuff we should go do/see. Also gave us some great restaurant recommendations”
“Very strong air freshener when you walk in so heads up to my migraine/allergy friends. Reasonably priced quality souvenirs. A lot of the franchise places have the same generic quality items but this store is different. One changing area like a cube not attached to any walls. Would be nice if it didn’t feel like an island with people walk around it on all sides.”
“The souvenir Tshirts and sweatshirts seem to be about better quality than the other larger chain. The prices are the same. If you have forgotten anything for the beach. You can get it here. Lots of footwear, and beach toys. The souvenirs are varied.”
“Very helpful staff and amazing selection of hand-thrown high quality, functional pottery, locally crafted candles and more. This shop is absolutely on my MUST visit list next time I'm in OBX! The owners have currated excellent products from local crafters.”

“Logan was so helpful and answered all our questions about picking out kites for my nieces and nephews. We bought 3 kites. Logan also gave us tips & tricks to fly them. He made it so easy for us to be successful kite fliers.”

“What an awesome little shop! They had a great selection of T-shirts, and most of them are 100% cotton and super soft (the ones with the cloth tags). You just pick a shirt size and color that you like and then choose a design from the wall of designs and they press the image for you right there for free. And the best part, they’re 3 for $35! I highly recommend checking them out.”
“They have really good knives! I also got two really great hoodies from here! The customer service was great! They recognized us every time we walked in the door!”
“The employees were so friendly and helpful. The prices were fantastic. This will definitely be my stop for hoodies, coffee mugs, koozies and everything else! I love this store sooo much!!!”

“Very cool store with a huge selection of hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts, and hats. They had tons of Yeti mugs in all kinds of colors too. Definitely like this place. The staff were very quiet and while the young lady was nice to us, I could definitely understand what others have said in their reviews too. My only personal negative is that its so densely packed that its hard to navigate, but still a great experience for us during the off season!”
“If you love the restaurant want to get some great swags after, their beach shop they have great selection of really cool t-shirts sweatshirts and anything else you need they also sell beer”
“My husband and I shopped there yesterday, not too long before their closing time (without realizing it). We loved their curated selection of merchandise. While some of the prices might be higher than at the cheap discounted souvenir shops, it seems that they offer quality merchandise, but also more unique. But overall, everything was reasonably priced. We also prefer to support local businesses, and it was nice to chat with the owners. They were quite patient, especially as I interrupted my shopping to run back outside to admire the sunset and take pictures. This was a great experience and we'll definitely go back to Duc's General Store next time we'll go to OBX”
