At&T 🏃 run 🏃♀️ don’t sign any contracts with them, bills keep getting higher and higher every month, when you call them they never help, and it takes at least and hour, (sometimes 3-4 hours)they respond from India most of the times.

This place has been a nightmare from start to finish. We have tried to get our wifi setup over 5 times. They promised a tech to come out and install an ont box. Have yet to come and we have been dealing with them for a month. 5 trips to the store. 5 routers delivered to my house that we cant use.
It gets better. They promised a $200 credit for our troubles. 1) we never received this. 2) what are we getting credit for? We cant even get service set up lol
Today, we brought back our suitcase of routers to the store only to be told its our responsibility to take them to ups. This has been the biggest waist of time I have ever spent. Stay far away from this place. No continuity between the store, installers, and customer service. They are all separate departments with no real connection to each other. 0 stars. The worst company I have dealt with in years.

Good getting you in, terrible for support after. Once they have you, they don't care. The automated response system is designed to give you the run around, terrible. Buyers beware, I had to, literally, go to another company to restore my service. That is how incompetent ATT support was. It was easier to switch than it was to get a human on the phone with ATT!

Charged my card twice tried to tell me the funds weren't removed from my account and would not give me a phone or a refund and i had to dispute the charges with my bank
