“I have been renting items from the Knightdale location for many years. I have purchased a washing machine, dryer, dining room table and chairs, glass top stove, pack man gaming system, laptop, cell phone and a power lift chair. The merchandise is always to my satisfaction or better, the pricing and payment options are phenomenal and the best part is the customer service. The people that work there are amazing and have great customer service skills. Shearice, Frank, and Anthony love their customers and they are there to help you no matter what your credit or financial situation may be. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Clearly I am extremely happy with Rent-A-Center.”

It had an odor but I thought I could deal with it. 10 minutes down the road realized could not continue with the smell.I went to the Avis budget in Knightdale and manager Felix Traded the van without question and sent me on my way.
