“Happened to stop by to get an estimate on resizing my engagement ring and wedding band set while shopping Agri-Supply and she was able to take my rings right then and there and I picked them up exactly 3 weeks later (which is what she had noted so perfect timing). Rings look great, can't even tell they were resized (except that now they fit lol), price was great, staff was friendly, will be back if I ever need jewelry services again!”

“I must say that I hardly ever write reviews, but I couldn't help to notice that they have a 4.1-star review. I guess you cannot make everyone happy in this world, not matter what you do. I worked in retail over 26 years and you always have unsatisfied customers no matter how polite you are to them. On my end I give them a 5-star review as I have been there 4 times already and never had a bad experience with them.
Every time that I have been this Pawn Shop, all of the staff members were very polite, friendly, quick to help, and they did not rush me as I picked out my beautiful rings! I will say that the 1st time in the shop, they had to deal with an irate customer. I overheard a staff member tell her that she was given ample time to make payments and pick up the item that she pawned by a certain deadline.
The customer became very angry as she pointed out that the item she pawned was used for schooling.
The staff all remained calm as they tried to settle the dispute and deescalate the situation. Never did any of them yell or show disrespect to the customer.
From my experience the staff have always been very friendly, helpful, and courteous as I have purchased a tv and jewelry. They even put up with my 12-year-old as he wanted to see everything and talks their ears off..lol. They engage with him and enjoy his personality. The shop is very clean, kept neat, and they have a big selection of jewelry!
Sorry for such a long post, but honestly, they do not deserve a 4.1 review. I was not asked to write this review, and neither am I close friend to any of them. I am just an average customer that was treated with friendly respect.”
“Very nice, small business owned by a couple skilled in their craft. Had a ring repaired that was previously sized and ruined by an amateur. The person they have fixing jewelry is a master and fixed the band like new. Several lost diamond chips were also replaced. And to top it off, their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend taking that precious piece of jewelry to them to fix.”

The associates are kind and helpful to get a fitting room ready for me - and don't have to carry the clothes I'd like to try on around the store. When I'm in the fitting room they are available to get a different size I might need! The prices are amazing, the colors & styles are up to date! The red carpet gets rolled out!”
