Not just this store but the one in Cary I tried to order four flower planter boxes to be delivered to my home. I saw them in person in the Cary store but was unable to reach them and thought having them delivered would be best. The Carrie store called me later that afternoon to tell me they were going to cancel my order because they did not have the products in their store. I said well that’s interesting because I saw them in your store personally which is why I wanted to have them delivered to me and he said oh let me go look. He calls me back and says oh that’s weird somebody must’ve come and bought them and I said oh that’s interesting that someone happened to come and buy the one product that I wanted out of your store today but OK that’s fine. Cancel the order so I called after I look online and they’ have six in store at Knightdale. So again I placed my order and again they call me and say oh there’s a mistake we don’t have any of these products in store and I said OK but it says you have six and he says again there must be a mistake. We don’t have this product I said OK fine cancel my order so this morning I go in and as sure as. I am breathing, There are six of this product stacked on their shelf in plain site for me to purchase. I can tell you that if these weren’t exactly exactly what I was looking for I would absolutely not be purchasing this from the store. How incredible is it that they were willing to lose a $400 sale due to lazy stock boys. I did, however, have a very good experience with. I believe his name was Taryn, who helped me get them off the high shelf, and was a joy to speak with.

My microwave recently went out. I went online and ordered a new microwave and was given the option to have it installed by Lowes. I paid for the microwave, a wall bracket, and installer to come in and do the work. It asked me to choose the date of installation and I paid for all the work. At this point, I have been without a Microwave for two weeks with kids. This is not an optimal situation. But, the earliest date I could schedule an installer was 2/29/2024. That is what I did. In addition, I took a day off of work to make sure someone was home to receieve the installer. All this week, I heard nothing about what time they would be arriving. Finally today, I called the customer service number on my invoice and they told me that they just texted me about my installation. I checked it, and it stated the earlierst they could see me was 3/08/2024. When I asked the representative about why I was not able to get my date chose, the Lowes customer service representative advised me that the scheduling tool was not working correctly. That does not help me that took an entire day off of work to get the installation done. He did offer to send me to the installer office directly to see if they could move me up. To my surprise, they alert me that there is NO WAY for Lowes to schdule an installation thru their company. They dont have access to their schedule. Imagine how confused and upset I am at the fact that i was lead to believe on the Lowe's website that I could schedule my delivery on the date that I was free. It say the least, if I had known that information I would have chosen a different place to purchase the Microwave that would have delivered my purchase in a few days. Mind you I paid in full on 2/22/2024 and I will not be able to get my microwave until 3/8/2024. I understand there is a process for everything. I was mislead by the Lowe's. Not only am I out of a days' work, I not again have to go another week without microwave. YOu never realize how much you rely on that applicance until it is gone. I am very disappointed in the service I have recieved. I am dispointed that Lowe's customer service admitted the site was not correct but he stated it was nothing he could do but transfer me to the outside installer. I hope this helps someone else plan accordingly. With inflation being as high as it is, taking a day off of work unneccessarily is not ideal. Now I will have to take another day off next week. Prior to this experience, I was pleased with my experiences with the Lowes in Knightdale. I will think twice before I order anything else that needs an installation from your organization.

Went here on a Tuesday, there was no heavy duty carts inside or out front of the store. Waited 30 min to be attended to at the paint department. Everyone works in slow motion.

Ordered a shower kit, had to go to two different stores to get all the parts. It took a few minutes to round up someone to help me get it in my trailer.

worst service ever. after waiting 35 min for someone to cut a glass, some random staff showed up saying he brake more glass than he can cut and there was no one to cut glass. terrible service

Bought a washer and dryer set here at the Knightdale location after having a horrible experience at the Home Depot in Cary. The sales associate was friendly and helpful and I purchased exactly what I wanted. Will definitely come back here.

If I could give a lower rating I would.We waited over 40mins to get help with paint. There was a guy there before we got there and he said he was already been waiting for 20mins. We kept asking for help and they just they couldn't find anyone or even a manager at that point. Finally someone came over and the assistant manager didn't really seem to care that we were waiting that long.Definitely will not be back.
