Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Knightdale, NC Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. It is always a great store to shop in with lots of products to choose from; the shelves are stocked, the place is clean and organized. However, customer service can be slow, with long waits for help and checkout. There can be a feeling of disorganization from management. While employees are sometimes very knowledgeable and helpful, prices may vary between different Lowe's stores.

I purchased a washer and dryer and Hannah was very polite and helpful through the whole thing. The delivery team was on point as well and arrived earlier than expected. Careful delivery and communication was on point.
