“Read details carefully as this review is for the customer service provided!
I’m a teacher and ordered $80 worth of colored print for activities in my class. When I initially picked it up the print was double-sided and was supposed to be single. The lady had fixed it with no problem and truly appreciate it!
Fast forward 3 hours of lamination, I went to organize it and noticed half of my order was missing and duplicates were made. These duplicates were missing every other page so I called. The same lady and another guy were helping me and worked out getting it reprinted again (still waiting on it) and helping me out it additionally.
They are EXTREMELY short on workers so I understand many of them are working the department they’ve never done before, workers coming in from other stores and trying to hire more workers.
Two things:
-Provide grace for these workers who are trying their best given their circumstance
-I would recommend going to a different location until they get the support they need. I’ve been there twice trying to get this corrected and the line has been backed up both times.
Thank you to the workers (especially Kim) for helping me! Mistakes happen and I know you’re under a lot of stress being short of workers!”
