“If I could, I would give Raleigh Rubber Stamp Co. more than 5 stars for providing the best customer experience I have had in a long time. I helped my elderly neighbor go there to get a custom rubber stamp for a book he had written. Jeff greeted us and proceeded to listen very well as my neighbor described what he wanted( which he explained in a circuitous fashion). We ended up working on several versions of the text while Jeff waited patiently and provided guidance when requested. When he saw how important this project was to my neighbor, he offered to make the stamp on the spot so he could see a proof. Then the text was changed 2 more times and each time Jeff made another proof. His patience and courtesy, respectful attitude and genuine helpfulness were outstanding. And then, given the frailty of my neighbor, Jeff offered to stamp all of the copies for him, completely exceeding my expectations. How lucky we are to have a small family owned business which values service and producing high quality stamps and seals right here in Raleigh!”

“Went to look at SteelCase chairs for upgrading my work from home setup. Derrick was an outstanding help and answered all my questions. The show room was very nice with plenty of models and variations to try out. I had as much time as I wanted to try out the chairs, and there was no pressure to make a purchase. “Cute little shop with unique (and expensive) greeting card, gift bag, wrapping paper, and other paper goods and nick nacks.I went to get a gift wrapped after finding them on Google. You do have to buy your wrapping paper and ribbon from them in order to get a gift wrapped. You can't just pay for the wrapping service as I understand it.There is fancy paper, which is sold by the sheet, and regular rolls of wrapping paper to choose from.$8 for wrapping + 1 sheet of wrapping paper + 1 roll of ribbon was about $22. I subsequently bought two small greeting cards for $16.The wrapping on the gift was perfect. The ribbon; however, fell off as soon as I got in the car. Good thing I had to purchase a whole roll... I just redid the ribbon myself. Then I bought a bow (at another store) to enhance the wrapping because the ribbon I chose wasn't making the package "pop." Easy peasy lemon squeezy.The staff was friendly. The store is easy to navigate.I'd return.”
