When I walked in, multiple store associates welcomed me. I came in to get non-slip shoes. I found a good selection of styles. One style didn't have my size in stock, but I was able to find one I liked. They were part of the BOGO50%, so I was able to find another pair of shoes to go with the deal.The store associate greeted me as soon as I walked up to the front counter. She was friendly and helpful. There was a missing price on the second pair. She was able to tell me the price and was patient when I asked her some additional questions.The manager was also there and they both ended the conversation with telling me goodbye. I don't live in Knightdale, but if I happen to be near this one again, I would shop here again.

The worst experience in this store this young man named Juan works in this store and apparently he doesn't like his job in the first place he doesn't greet you oh he asks if you find what you are looking for when you are ready to pay and he has the worst attitude to serve the customer Better look for another job Juan because you don't have any kindness to be serving customers.

The associates at the store are rude as they wanna be. Especially the female. She’s always given an attitude. If she doesn’t like her job she needs to quit. The way how the staff treats the customers is downright rude. They have a good merchandise. But at the same time the customer service at this place is downright disgraceful.

The two employees in store were doing a very good job...the store was very busy...they were pleasant..helpful...I enjoyed the experience.

12/1/22: I stopped in to see what kind of new boots they had & to find some sandals for a cruise I was going on. No one greeted me although several employees were walking around talking about how they miss Trump as a President. Ummm, that's so NOT that place for that conversation. What does that have to do with you assisting customers with SHOES? Anyway, they had some cute new shoes that they were stocking, but I ended up leaving without making a purchase because I didn't care for the staff. They couldn't stop talking about political things enough to even greet the people walking in or even ask if we needed help. So, they weren't going to get a penny from me. I see why their Yelp rating is so low at this point. Hopefully they will get it together & change things up.

My shopping experience started with a female employee who gave the attitude she didn't want to be bothered and we would have left but we decided to try again. We tried another person this time we struck gold, Lance answered all the questions we had and explained it to us that's where the 5 stars came from...

Not one, not two but THREE incompetent employees (the last of which I'm assuming was the manager) that can't do basic math! So quick to be condescending and dismissive with an attitude instead of correcting a simple mistake and giving good customer service. The service was absolutely terrible.

Walked in with 2 employees so deep in conversation that I didn't get greeted. Spent 15 minutes in the store ended up needing help but these 2 couldn't be bothered. Will not shop here again.

Went in there today around noon, me and my 13 year old son, and was not acknowledged when we first walked in. We were ready to spend some money and more. We looked around for a lil bit and was still not acknowledged. We then had a question about a shoe that i wanted to purchase, so i stood by the register waited patiently, my son and i. A associate was at the register holdimg a phone, looks like she was on hold with someone or something, there was a customer standing at the register by her, both chatting(which that part didn't bother me)..The customer and the associate both stopped chatting and looked at me and my son standing there waiting. The associate could have atleast taken a moment to say to us that she'll be right with us as soon as she can. We still stood there waiting to be acknowledged..When i noticed she seemed as if she didn't want to be bothered, i told my son to come on and i just shook my head in shame from her behaviour.. She watched us walk away and out the store, still not saying anything to us at all. I really hope someone checks the camera for around that time frame to see that i speak the truth.
