“Their new location is wonderful. I was able to work and even have online meetings while I waited. Service was quick and service manager was friendly and took the time to explain some things to monitor on my car. I had forgotten my water bottle in the waiting area and another manager, Keyona, brought it out out to me at my car in the parking lot when I was about to leave. I had a great experience here. Highly recommend these guys. Update 3/20/26 Went back to them with a check engine light issue on 3/16/26. They diagnosed it quickly, ordered a part, and got it fixed the same day. The service manager, Keyona, was nice enough to arrange for a complimentary, LYFT, ride to and from their location to my home so I didnt have to wait there all day. These folks know BMWs, are a great alternative to the high price dealer locations, and they offer exceptional service. This is where I will bring my car for everything from now on.”

“I took my 2015 Honda CRV to the Honda dealership that I originally bought the car from because I was having issues starting the car. The diagnostic revealed I needed a new starter motor and wanted $1300 to replace it. I took the car to A&J the next day and they did the repair for 40% less than the dealership. In addition, it came with a 2 year warranty that was better than Honda. My car is running fantastic. I’ll be taking my CRV back to A&J in the future for any additional repairs. It was a fantastic experience all around.”

In a way I’m glad I encountered an issue with precision tune because I wouldn’t have discovered these great guys! I’m so grateful for this family owned business. They plain things to where it’s easy to understand, and they never tried to upsell or pressure me into anything unnecessary. They actually addressed and corrected the situation/problem precision tune on new Bern ave created. I felt safe driving off and these guys helped me look up the OE parts so that they can repair them within the next couple of weeks!”

Oak City Tire quoted me a great price to install them if can purchase the parts. I decided to buy the parts from rockauto.com. They were able to get me in quickly and ensured everything was replaced properly. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and even gave me advice on my tire problems which is a result of the shocks. They do not sell you a service that is not needed. I have taken my wife's BMW and my mother's Mercedes Benz to them. Their pricing is more than fair for repairs. Mike (the owner) went above and beyond and offered a loaner car for mom to drive. Talk about great customer service. A must go to for your automobile repairs.”
