“Their new location is wonderful. I was able to work and even have online meetings while I waited. Service was quick and service manager was friendly and took the time to explain some things to monitor on my car.
I had forgotten my water bottle in the waiting area and another manager, Keyona, brought it out out to me at my car in the parking lot when I was about to leave. I had a great experience here. Highly recommend these guys.
Update 3/20/26
Went back to them with a check engine light issue on 3/16/26. They diagnosed it quickly, ordered a part, and got it fixed the same day. The service manager, Keyona, was nice enough to arrange for a complimentary, LYFT, ride to and from their location to my home so I didnt have to wait there all day. These folks know BMWs, are a great alternative to the high price dealer locations, and they offer exceptional service. This is where I will bring my car for everything from now on.”

“I have been very pleased every time I've used Ronnie White's County Line. They installed a new fuel pump and fuel tank on an old F-350 that I've got and when it failed under warranty they took care of it quickly and covered it under the warranty. A few weeks later when the starter failed, they had it replaced quickly and for a good price. Communication is always good from Adam so you know what's happening with your vehicle.”
