“Always friendly customer service staff. Pump and go gas station. NOT A Full Service CONVENIENCE STORE! Yet there are some options for snacking. Your PERKS CARD will get you a discount on tobacco (purchase two) and gas discounts. Vending machines for soda/water. Limited options for car related necessities: oil, antifreeze, etc. Walmart/autopart stores/mechanics nearby. Don't fret!”
“I've been going to this store for a couple years. The hot food is really good a little pricey on some stuff, because it's worth it like the pulled pork sandwich. My favorite is the cheese tots, but I've only seen this available of a morning. Everyone is very nice, efficient, and quick. I can't speak on the subway, I've ordered once and it was online so not enough experience to speak on it. The store is always very clean and organized. I've never had to wait to get gas. Parking in front of the store isn't always available depending on the time of day you go. Overall one of the better convenient stores entering into southport and before the island. Public restrooms available and always very clean.”

“Have always had great experience at this Exxon until my husband and I walked inside store together to purchase several items. I carried a 6 pack of beer to the counter to check out and was denied the purchase of the beer. She denied my purchase all because my husband did not have his ID on him for me to purchase the beer that I clearly carried to the checkout counter and I provided my ID to her. She asked for his ID because we came in store together. Him and I both are 45 years old. I drove to the store therfore my husband did not think to bring wallet with ID since he was not driving and we were just going to Exxon and back home. I explained all this to her and informed her that she is the ONLY cashier at that Exxon location that has ever denied me alcohol and cigarettes. Smh. I then said I am assuming you will not let me purchase cigarettes either. And she said No not without his ID...wth what do Women with children do to purchase these item ? I am assuming she will she will DENY that too.”

“Some of the employees at this store are quite hateful and highly uneducated. (This should not be a surprise to many… it’s a gas station) Luckily today, we were checked out by a older woman who was incredibly kind.I am not as focused on the gas station employees though, as I am the quality of the items in the store. Got this pizza for $8, cooked it right when we got home and this is the result! Not too shabby for a gas station pizza. Store is usually pretty well stocked and organized. Your typical Circle K.”

“I can't judge a business by the new median that was put up making it often difficult to get in the parking lot. I haven't had any problems except that and I go there a lot.”
“Came to refill my tires with air after going off-road. The air machine was broken, but they refunded my $1.75 when they didn't have to. It's a small thing, but going above and beyond like that wins loyalty. Hope I can buy more than just air from them next time I'm in town.”

“Pretty good convenience store right at the Kure Beach pier. The parking lot is a lot easier to move around since they removed the fuel island. They offer typical gas station stuff like lottery, cigs, and snacks, and cleaning/house supplies, but also have tourist items like cups (that are pretty nice) knickknacks, and shirts. It's pretty easy to find stuff and the cashiers are pretty nice and sometimes spark up a conversation with you.”
