“We have purchased quite a bit of furniture from Cummings. We recently had an issues with a poorly made bed frame that we mistakenly kept trying to fix ourselves rather than call Cummings since it was past warranty. When the frame broke for no obvious reason we gave a lower review since we were surprised that the frame didn't last for two years. The next day Cummings attempted to call us then sent an email and said they could order another headboard . Let's face it there is no where else you are going to get customer service for past due warranty furniture like that! We will continue to go to Cummings for our furniture needs.”
