“At first I did not know what to think. So I emailed them and did not get a answer. After a few days I was like let me call. (Call do not email just pick up the phone) I can say he helped me more then he will ever know. With that being said. If you are looking for a oxygen concentrator or need one fixed. Just call and he will help you with it. Eather he will walk you through it or will be able to tell you what is wrong with it. I do not say this about many people. I will keep his number in my phone just so when I need help I know who to call or text. He went above and beyond what I expected from him.”
