“I visited two days in a row and had two very different experiences. The first day was frustrating, as I was given incorrect information about unit availability and pricing by the previous attendant, which put my moving schedule in jeopardy.
The next day, I spoke with the Amanda. When I explained the situation, she listened patiently, apologized sincerely for the mix-up, and immediately took ownership of the issue. Instead of making excuses, she was focused on finding a solution. She located a suitable unit that met my original needs and honored the price I was initially quoted and expedited the paperwork process efficiently.
Amanda owned an error that’s was not hers and found a solution. The professionalism and helpfulness completely turned my negative experience around. Because of her excellent service recovery, I highly recommend.”

“I have absolutely loved having y'all my stuff stays dry from any storm unlike my last unit I had in Waynesville so thankful for that and the location is pretty sweet too cuz it's kinda hidden so I worry less about it being broke into but also love that if that were to happen God forbid but if it were to happen I pay for it to be insured which I didn't have that option at the last place either and even found out they have had some recent break-ins cuz my grandmother still has a couple units at my last storage place! Y'all have been very patient with me when I have been behind on my payments another thing I'm super grateful for and overall just very pleased with renting my unit from y'all!”
“I had a tricky staircase in my townhouse, but the movers didn’t even flinch. They carefully moved everything down without scratching walls or floors. They even wrapped my big mirror so it wouldn’t break. It was honestly impressive. They made it look easy.”

“The team who came to our home to move us were professional and meticulous with our belongings which meant a lot to us as you cannot put a price tag on keepsakes, family heirlooms, and memories. We were particularly worried about our Yamaha Disklavier baby grand as it is a beautiful black player/recorder piano and moving can be tricky with those big pianos! Travis, Tad, Gary, and Logan treated our piano as if it were their own right down to packaging the music in preparation to move! And we couldn't send in this review without sharing our experience working with the ladies who coordinated our move. Sara and Dannett were aware of our deadline to move out of our home quickly in order for the new homeowners to take possession. Sara worked us in one evening to estimate the cost of our move and to get us scheduled for the move. We had a sale closing and a buyers closing all in one week. And, the buyers closing was in another state! Dannett stepped up to get us thru the paperwork and set up our payment for the move. Both Dannett and Sara were helpful in answering questions and making sure we were all set to go. We will highly recommend the moving team at Smith Dray Line to our friends in NC. Thank you all! “I cannot tell you enough how wonderful this owner is. He is professional and friendly. When I lost my phone, he took the time (hours) to help me try to find it. He really tries to help his customers out. The storage is so clean, well lit, and very secured. If I am in need of storing anything again, you can believe this will be the place! “This is the best place to get a pole barn ordered. Mary was great and helped me design and get my pole barn exactly how I needed it. It was delivered and installed in less then 2 weeks from when i ordered it. It was a great relief working with express carports and their team after dealing with other terrible companies. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!”
