“I visited two days in a row and had two very different experiences. The first day was frustrating, as I was given incorrect information about unit availability and pricing by the previous attendant, which put my moving schedule in jeopardy.
The next day, I spoke with the Amanda. When I explained the situation, she listened patiently, apologized sincerely for the mix-up, and immediately took ownership of the issue. Instead of making excuses, she was focused on finding a solution. She located a suitable unit that met my original needs and honored the price I was initially quoted and expedited the paperwork process efficiently.
Amanda owned an error that’s was not hers and found a solution. The professionalism and helpfulness completely turned my negative experience around. Because of her excellent service recovery, I highly recommend.”

“I have been with Go Store it for about 4 years and at two different locations. I don’t get to work directly with many people/employees at this particular location because most everything is kiosk/keypad based but the ones that I have worked with have been great. I want to add that as I was inside the office so that I could pay my bill a fantastically helpful lady named Jenny popped up on the screen to quickly pull up my info and with my permission pay my bill quicker than I could have.. she had the skills and was eager to help so shout out to her. She was really cool for a virtual assistant. ☺ kidding I’m sure she’s super cool in person too. You guys should give her a raise.”

“Go Store It! Has been great to work with! It’s was easy easy to sign up online and pay online. Also when I got to the unit it already had a lock on it when they said it would’ve inside the unit. But the virtual PERSON office manager was wonderful and very nice!! And it was an actual person. She wasn’t there in person but in the screen and that was nice!”

“I used this facility when it was owned by Greg (then named Cedar Storage) back in 2017-2018. It was top-notch then, and thus far in 2025, still seems to hold the same integrity.
I was able to rent a unit quickly and seamlessly through Mini Mall's online sign-up service, and was granted access on my preferred start date without issue.
The unit was clean upon move-in, and as expected, well-lit, easy to access, and well-monitored with cameras throughout.
Following my initial entry and visit to the unit, I received a call (from an actual human- Matthew I believe?) inquiring how everything was going and if there was anything they could do to be of further assistance. I did have a few questions, which were addressed professionally and politely, so I'm pleased the transfer of ownership did not sour my original opinion of this facility! I am grateful this place exists. :)”
“First and foremost I'm just going to go ahead and recommend that you just not look anywhere else for a storage unit these kind folk I've been working with me for the past few months and have insured the complete safety of all of my items and have even reached out to me when problems arose. They are very knowledgeable and very very helpful and extremely kind with people situations. If you go there ask for Laurie and she will set you up with a storage unit for the best price and the peace of mind of knowing that your stuff is safe. Pictures are not included for the safety and security of the other people's belongings”
