“This store may feel a bit dated, but the deli is absolutely phenomenal. The fried chicken is especially outstanding—definitely a highlight. The deli food is tasty and reasonably priced, which makes it worth the visit on its own.
The rest of the store can feel a little overpriced compared to places like Food Lion, but there’s a nostalgic charm to it. Piggly Wiggly really has that classic “good old” southern grocery store feel that a lot of us grew up with.”

“One of my favorite restaurants in the area. I eat there around four times a month, and I have always had a great meal there. If you haven’t tried it, and live nearby, you should. If you’re intimidated by the old-school, gas station format in Spanish, PM me to be your guide for the nominal fee of two tacos. I hope that still qualifies as a cheap date.
I was in there today to get some tacos for a coworker and myself, and watched the lady who I think is one of the owners loading Angus briskets into the fridge. It’s no wonder why their food is so great when they are starting with such high quality ingredients.”

“I went by my Local Lowes Food in Leland,NC and placed a Special Birthday Cake Order to be picked up on Saturday. It was a full size Sheet Cake ( yellow cake with strawberry filling and Whipped Icing, decorated with white and Beautiful pink roses in the corners with the Happy Birthday Message in Script writing in the center) WOW !!! THE CAKE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND TASTED AS GOOD AS IT LOOKED!! The cake served a lot of quest and everyone loved it ! A special thanks to Marilyn for being so helpful and sweet in the Bakery you'll see me again. Thanks, Connie”
