I ended up being locked out of my Apple ID, but he was very patient with me and still tried to help me. While I was there, Alex had been alone and I watched him multitask for about two hours, helping various customers. If you go for any needs I highly recommend Alex! Thank you buddy!”

But I have never been treated or helped as amazingly as I was by Audrena! She is an absolute gem and a true asset to your company. Her level of care, patience, and customer service was exceptional.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with AT&T’s phone customer service. It was incredibly frustrating. After spending a very long time working with the first associate, I was cold-transferred without warning. On top of that, my husband and I had already gone through the lengthy security process so that I could conduct business on the account—something that is consistently one of the most frustrating parts of dealing with AT&T.
The difference between that experience and the service Audrena provided was night and day. Your phone customer service needs serious improvement, but Audrena deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond. She completely turned an awful experience around, and I cannot say enough good things about her! 💜💜”
