“Been looking for a upgrade for my girlfriends phone and to lower my bill as a Verizon customer since 1995. T Mobile has been pursuing us aggressively with better plans, phones, etc....
Long story short I met Chase several years ago and we went to see him this weekend and did not disappoint. He got my girlfriend a good deal on a new phone and lowered both of our monthly bills.
Chase is a master of his craft and no high sales pressure, just good customer service. We appreciate you Chase and also Rynell for assisting and saving us time, while Chase was busy with other people.

But I have never been treated or helped as amazingly as I was by Audrena! She is an absolute gem and a true asset to your company. Her level of care, patience, and customer service was exceptional.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with AT&T’s phone customer service. It was incredibly frustrating. After spending a very long time working with the first associate, I was cold-transferred without warning. On top of that, my husband and I had already gone through the lengthy security process so that I could conduct business on the account—something that is consistently one of the most frustrating parts of dealing with AT&T.
The difference between that experience and the service Audrena provided was night and day. Your phone customer service needs serious improvement, but Audrena deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond. She completely turned an awful experience around, and I cannot say enough good things about her! 💜💜”
