“We were immediately greeted when we walked in. Everyone was nice. Hands down the best experience we have had at an AT&T store. Kayla was excellent! She was very knowledgeable about the products and every detail about the billing, insurance, and accessories! She even sold us on some accessories and a new iWatch (mine was very old, series 3). We will also be returning to see Kayla for a second new iWatch because my husband is jealous of my new one! You have a wonderful sales woman on your staff, I hope you are treating her as wonderful as she deserves to be treated at your company!”

“Stopped in for some maintance on my cell today. Mark Dorsey in the University Commons store in Wilmington NC was so wonderful to me. First, he is so knowledgeable we didn't even need to send cell in for repairs....he repaired it right at his desk!! Such a relief. He then showed me some quicker ways to work in my business accounts/with my emails. Lots of little tips no one had explained before! I left so hapoy and RELIEVED.The entire store was filled with wonderful and kind employees. They are not just kind to the customers, but to each other. It was wonderful to see and experience! I'd recommend this store to anyone I cared about needing a cell phone!Mark is such an star in that store! ?? So professsional and friendly and kind! “I'll say the 2 guys in here today are absolute professionals. Great attitudes and friendly. I came in with some pretty serious issues with my account regarding a transfer of a line and one of the employees worked on it calling several help desk numbers for about half an hour. He even stepped out back in private to be a little more assertive to some unhelpful folks over the phone. Even when customers came up to him and interrupted him, he was polite and worked very hard to not be dismissive. The other employee was occupied with an elderly woman, and from what I can tell (I work in IT) he wasn't pulling the old gal's leg. He was well intentioned and explained everything in great detail. I'm coming back to this store if I've got any issues, hopefully Austin and L.A. are on shift.”

“My XR was cracked front and back. Shoan walked out of his store and told me about his business, I asked him how much he quite $200 which was great compared to other places.. My phone was literally like new when he was done.. he did estimate me 2 hrs of fix time, but it ended up taking 5.. but my phone looked horrible.. so it was absolutely worth the wait!! I bought a few accessories, I would go back here.”
