“Just stopped by to get some paint in store in Leland, NC. Even though the store was going to close in 2 minutes, young gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, made the paint and load it to my car. Very pleasant experience.”
“I just recently change my review and I will update it with the progress. I have problems with my floor from very beginning and even though at first I did not get any respond, recently thanks to the new management their customer service is just outstanding. I talked to manager name Brad and my issue was not to just solve with in a week but what they did is beyond my expectation. I think people that put the one star should maybe talk to them because looks like there been some changes and everybody can make mistake but the most important thing is how you fix them. All I have to say so far they trying Beyond anything to make me satisfied customer. I will post when the job is done but so far with new management new beginning I give them 5 stars.”
