“I work in customer service so I hate bad reviews. I would like to say the location is in a great location and is very nice store. I came in on a Sunday and there was no one in the store. The girl at the front was on her phone sitting at register. She took my order of one gallon of paint under my dads Sherwin Williams account. She was not very friendly at all and went back to texting on her phone after getting my order.. it was just a stale experience and kind of made me feel out of place.”

“Paint is excellent quality,, and I am referring the paint they sell in this store and other PPG paint stores. This review does not include PPG paint products that are sold in big box stores. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I find their paint to be better quality and priced lower than SW and BM.”
“I walked in and saw at least 8 men who were standing around doing nothing. Nobody greeted me -literally nothing. Also I am female. There was one female behind the counter who greeted me with a huge happy smile. She immediately asked if she could help me and walked me through every single question I had like a pro. I was so impressed with her. Her name is CRISTA. Give her a raise and make her the boss. She was friendly, extremely helpful and wonderful.”

“The workers are always really nice and helpful with questions. Most importantly they help you find things you need and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking questions. I'm not a paint pro so I like going to the location on College Rd because they are so helpful! I'm working with a epoxy heavy duty floor coating and the female clerk printed the spec sheets & highlighted the info I needed. The male clerk showed me options for mixing the 2 parts. As a team they were extremely helpful! Thanks!!!”
“I just recently change my review and I will update it with the progress. I have problems with my floor from very beginning and even though at first I did not get any respond, recently thanks to the new management their customer service is just outstanding. I talked to manager name Brad and my issue was not to just solve with in a week but what they did is beyond my expectation. I think people that put the one star should maybe talk to them because looks like there been some changes and everybody can make mistake but the most important thing is how you fix them. All I have to say so far they trying Beyond anything to make me satisfied customer. I will post when the job is done but so far with new management new beginning I give them 5 stars.”
