“Took in my 2020 Blazer with under 60k miles that was making a squeeling noise when I was accelerating. After explaining the noise over the phone with my dad (in Ohio), we came to the conclusion that it could have been the tensioner pulley causing this. So I took the car in after scheduling an appointment and was fully bracing to have a big bill on my hands. Turns out it was just that a bracket supporting the exaust had broken and it was rubbing on something. They welded it back on and I was out the door a couple hours later with a cheap bill! As a woman living in a town I’m not from, I will definitely be bringing my cars back here if I ever have issues. Definitely a trustworthy shop.”

“I had a warning light for low tire pressure, but unfortunately this car doesn't indicate which tire. In a slight panic, I came to John's Tires on a Sunday morning and they immediately told me "don't worry" (I must have looked stressed-- ha). They checked the pressure in all the tires and added air to each one. They couldn't have been nicer and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to return here if I need tires.”
