“A little back story. My check engine light came on and I pulled into Auto Zone to have code checked. The employees there told me "the very best in town" was Chris's shop. Michele who works there uses him herself! I was delighted to meet Chris and discovered he's also a Veteran like me! He rearranged things so I could come right in and helped me fix my problems. He fixed my brakes and told me what needed work now and things that could wait. Most shops make everything seem so urgent. I never got this impression with Chris! He's professional and compassionate, very knowledgeable about cars! He even worked with me to find a drop off time around my crazy schedule. I've already told my friends what a great job he did!!
