“Amazing! The BEST experience from purchase to delivery one could hope for. Add to this the factor that you dealing with a genuine family owned local business. Myth: The big box stores (and we are members of 2 of them) have better deals than a locally owned business. In the past we have purchased several large appliances from the giants. Recently, our Generac whole home generator came from COSTCO. However, when you factor into your purchase the service, after sale LOCAL support (no 800Menu nonsense) advice, and substantial rebates, buying from Atlantic Appliance is one of the easiest decisions you will make regarding major appliances. Our experience (briefly): Our salesman Carl directed us to the best deal available on a high quality GE Profile Dishwasher. He arranged for reasonable and reliable installation through a local plumber and took care of every detail. An issue arose on the day of delivery: The dishwasher model we ordered was discovered to be dented at the warehouse. We had both taken off from our volunteer duties at NHRMC in expectation of an 8AM installation. We were upset. What to do? Mark, the manager of Atlantic Appliance, did not hesitate to upgrade the model we paid for to the next level (a professional model) and still arranged for installation on the same day! Think you could get that from a big box store? Not a chance. By the way, when you call for service on a big box store purchase, who do you think they send? That's right - Atlantic Appliance!”

“Geez, all you girls with hurt feelings and going through a real test of your backing ability most people could care less. How about mentioning something constructive like that everyone goes to lunch between 12noon+ 13:00(1pm). Or that there is a good sized yard that you could park in beside and just before warehouse on LHS.Instead we all have to read about the pity party y'all went to when you visited here.I had to pick up for Evonik Corp(c/o Cape Fear) and that lady's office is all the way back past the offices on right when you enter up steps w/yellow railing(Shipping/Receiving Office) Go straight to the back and look in window of office across concrete aisle from 2nd office and she should be there. Super nice lady and very professional. If you plan to seal your load, she will supply you with one. I was given choice of Dock#4 or #6 and took #6 . Slid tandams and was loaded with filled Totes(10ea). Forklift operator asks how you want it done, so be ready. Dock#6 concrete face was very worn+ jagged around bumpers. My trailer(2023 Grt Dane 53' Dry Van) didn't line up with bumpers on dock, so I had to give it a little space before loading not to scrape most all paint off bumper.Loading was quick(13mins)and your free to go after doing any securement, closing doors and installing seal/paddle lock.Did not see bathrooms, but could have been Porta Potties around, wasn't needing one so be prepared for that too. I would come back again now knowing the layout possibly staying overnight in little parking lot where container haulers park.?”

“These guys are thorough their trucks are always maintained top-notch. They go above and beyond to fix there trucks. I've inspected late models for sale and they are clean. Oil changed and run well. Mechanics are good. Very few companies I've seen take as much effort in doing this. If you're a truck driver. You'll know what I mean. If I needed my truck or trailer fixed I'd talk to Mr Mark. Not sure if they fix outside vehicles but if they did. Hands down I'll go there first. Awesome crew even tired they're nice and you can see the struggle. Great people. Great management. Even owner is there which is a rare thing in most companies. Never met any drivers, employees that had one negative thing to say and always helpful. You guys deserve this review. Hands down.
