Absolutely the worst bank you can go to. The Branch manager does not know what she's doing. You can tell that all the employees are miserable. They seem to have a new staff every month. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.Elandria is great, If you must bank with this branch, she is the only good thing about it.

The worst customer service I've experienced with any bank. The tellers are incredibly rude, was placed on hold but they didn't mute it and I overheard them making several incredibly rude and mocking comments. I'll be taking my banking needs elsewhere.

Wouldn't deposit a business check without a hold when the hickory branch never puts a hold. Also charged $10 for cashier check when I have an account. I'd suggest avoiding this branch
