“I needed to have an odd size document scanned into a PDF. 8.5 x 16. I first called another business center and they could not promise to be able to scan the document in the same day. I called The UPS store and they stated they could scan the document immediately. Sure enough, they were able to scan and email the PDF to me in less than 2 minutes. They even asked me to verify that I had received the PDF before leaving the store and also verified that all edges of the document were scanned properly. Great service at a reasonable price. I'm thankful that we have a UPS store in our community.”
