“I visited the store in Lexington on 7/21/23,The young lady greeted me as I came in the door. I asked what was on sell, and she showed me what was. Then she guided me to the wall and said it's shoes that wasn't as pricey as well. She asked what was I trying to spend. As we went through a few brands she also encouraged her co worker to greet th other customers as they entered the store. Back to me she was very patient with me and she also made sure I signed up for more deals in the future. For a 19 year old young lady she was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and we smiled and laughed as I couldn't get the link to open on my phone she used hers to make sure I was taking care of. I wish I could remember her name but she had the absolute best customer service I've experienced since the pandemic. I would drive the 45 minutes away when it's a store 10 from my house just to deal with her again. Thank you for my awesome shoes and the sale price was unbelievable. Deon Garner”
