“A good mechanic is worth his weight in gold. A good and honest mechanic is priceless. The people at A Plus are both good at what they do and honest. I had and “oh my God” moment with my vehicle. Vacuum pump exploded. I’d never heard of A Plus but a friend recommended them and I will always keep their number in my contacts list now. I thought I’d be without my vehicle for a week or more according to the dealership and other places I’d called. I also thought I’d have a hefty bill to go with the repairs. I had to have my vehicle towed to them. They called me back the SAME day to tell me my vehicle was ready to go AND that the repairs were a good $200 under the estimate they gave me initially (and that estimate was half of what I’d been quoted elsewhere). I picked it up. I called them back to ask about my check engine light which was still on. They told me to bring the car back. I did that today and they had me in and out within an hour and wouldn’t even let me pay them. It was related to the original issue, but still. I fully expected to pay them for their time. These are great people. They were extremely friendly and definitely customer centered. I will be a repeat customer!!”
