“I just wanted to take a moment to thank Ben and his crew. My first visit. This is proof that word of mouth is very powerful. They were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain the alignment results and I felt like a valued customer. I work in the service industry and I can tell you that these guys have it figured out. Keep up the great work. I have 2 other cars that will be getting tires soon. I have found my alignment shop. See you guys again soon !!”

“Great experience recently getting a four wheel alignment on my 2015 Ram 2500. The tire shop I purchased my new tires from was unable to perform the alignment due to the drag link nuts being welded in place (Ram’s solution to a warranty issue 🙄). The gentleman I spoke with over the phone setting up my appointment was very familiar with this issue and assured me they could handle it…and they did. Very happy with my service and very competitively priced as well!”

“Great guy to work with. I had an urgent repair needed on my little Fiat 500 after I installed a tow hitch and it was hitting the exhaust. Called him up, was able to squeeze me in the very next day and knock it out early, before his other work that he already had scheduled. Came in at 0730 and we were done by 9am.”

They stayed late to get the job done and didn’t hesitate to do it! They saved my job! The nicest folks you’ll ever meet! (And Rex is a great dog too!)”

“The guys here were super nice and helpful. They couldn’t locate the tire lock so they helped me strip out the trunk and he asked permission to look inside the car. That’s where he found it. They even helped put everything back in the trunk. Great price on 235/45/18. Thanks again!”

“A good mechanic is worth his weight in gold. A good and honest mechanic is priceless. The people at A Plus are both good at what they do and honest. I had and “oh my God” moment with my vehicle. Vacuum pump exploded. I’d never heard of A Plus but a friend recommended them and I will always keep their number in my contacts list now. I thought I’d be without my vehicle for a week or more according to the dealership and other places I’d called. I also thought I’d have a hefty bill to go with the repairs. I had to have my vehicle towed to them. They called me back the SAME day to tell me my vehicle was ready to go AND that the repairs were a good $200 under the estimate they gave me initially (and that estimate was half of what I’d been quoted elsewhere). I picked it up. I called them back to ask about my check engine light which was still on. They told me to bring the car back. I did that today and they had me in and out within an hour and wouldn’t even let me pay them. It was related to the original issue, but still. I fully expected to pay them for their time. These are great people. They were extremely friendly and definitely customer centered. I will be a repeat customer!!”

“Wonderful team of people, I mean I will not go anywhere else to get my van taken care of. It’s important to me when I arrive at a establishment and you see everyone doing their part even the little doggies were greeting customers, my son is in a wheelchair I rarely feel comfortable bringing him into some places but I was extremely glad I did come out today and got my car serviced, it was just a pleasant experience with one other person at the front desk that made my day upon leaving very much a family oriented place 5 stars are not enough, Shonda”

“To find a shop that does quality work at fair prices, this is the shop. They never try to talk me into anything, just an honest assessment of what is actually needed along with a price and a time frame. I had my rotors turned today and the owner of the shop required the tech to test drive it to be sure it was done correctly before returning my keys. A place like this is worth its weight in gold!”

“I wouldn't let anyone else work on my vehicle. Shannon and the crew put a new motor in my RAM after taking it to a shop in high point and they destroyed and lost pieces to the original motor. It was then taken to a shop in Lexington in which they did nothing. The crew at Justice automotive put together my truck back in running shape. They went the extra mile by tracking down parts that were lost or taken at the previous garage in High Point. Great Shop and folks.”
540 Pinecroft Boulevard, Lexington NC 27295
“I love this shop Jarrett and his crew are very nice and gets the job done. I was told by someone else that my daughter car more than likely need head gasket and would cost $2200 to fix. I called Jarrett he told me to bring the car and he said they misdiagnosed it. He put it on the machine and it was just a coil. He replaced it and not even 30 mins later and a heck cheaper the car is fixed. He is very reasonable and the shop to go to. I highly recommend him.”

“Ive just recently started going to Arcadia automotive and so glad I did. They are so nice and treat me with respect. I've had some problems with a different shop not doing repairs correctly and causing more problems with my car. Arcadia has been fixing my car and not over charging everything. Thank you so much!”

“These guys are the best paint and body guys around. I had a very large dent in my Cadillac Escalade that was about 4" deep and the size of a dinner plate from backing into a steel post and I pulled into their shop and in 20 minutes or less, they had it pulled out and it looked brand new. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. They have the best workmanship you'll find.”
