“I wouldn't let anyone else work on my vehicle. Shannon and the crew put a new motor in my RAM after taking it to a shop in high point and they destroyed and lost pieces to the original motor. It was then taken to a shop in Lexington in which they did nothing. The crew at Justice automotive put together my truck back in running shape. They went the extra mile by tracking down parts that were lost or taken at the previous garage in High Point. Great Shop and folks.”

“Wonderful team of people, I mean I will not go anywhere else to get my van taken care of. It’s important to me when I arrive at a establishment and you see everyone doing their part even the little doggies were greeting customers, my son is in a wheelchair I rarely feel comfortable bringing him into some places but I was extremely glad I did come out today and got my car serviced, it was just a pleasant experience with one other person at the front desk that made my day upon leaving very much a family oriented place 5 stars are not enough, Shonda”

“Ben is super easy to communicate with and his work is A++ He did a full exhaust on my GMC Sierra 1500 and it sounds nasty! Side note: be aware that if you bring your own exhaust pipe for him to make a custom exhaust, it will take him extra time so be patient. It will turn out awesome, I guarantee it.”

“A good mechanic is worth his weight in gold. A good and honest mechanic is priceless. The people at A Plus are both good at what they do and honest. I had and “oh my God” moment with my vehicle. Vacuum pump exploded. I’d never heard of A Plus but a friend recommended them and I will always keep their number in my contacts list now. I thought I’d be without my vehicle for a week or more according to the dealership and other places I’d called. I also thought I’d have a hefty bill to go with the repairs. I had to have my vehicle towed to them. They called me back the SAME day to tell me my vehicle was ready to go AND that the repairs were a good $200 under the estimate they gave me initially (and that estimate was half of what I’d been quoted elsewhere). I picked it up. I called them back to ask about my check engine light which was still on. They told me to bring the car back. I did that today and they had me in and out within an hour and wouldn’t even let me pay them. It was related to the original issue, but still. I fully expected to pay them for their time. These are great people. They were extremely friendly and definitely customer centered. I will be a repeat customer!!”

“Did their best to fit me in the same day to replace ac condenser, although being absolutely slammed with many other customers...only complaint, was the gentleman who did the work, didn't get the the trim on my bumper put back together tightly...I understand that can be a pain but he didnt even mention it to me and I fixed it when I got home...overall good experience though”

“I love this shop Jarrett and his crew are very nice and gets the job done. I was told by someone else that my daughter car more than likely need head gasket and would cost $2200 to fix. I called Jarrett he told me to bring the car and he said they misdiagnosed it. He put it on the machine and it was just a coil. He replaced it and not even 30 mins later and a heck cheaper the car is fixed. He is very reasonable and the shop to go to. I highly recommend him.”
