“I wish I could rate this business ten stars because they truly deserve it. On New Year's Eve, my battery decided to kick the bucket with no warning. I was out with three of my young kids in the car in 30 agree weather when it happened. After getting a jump, I called around all over trying to find somewhere that could fit me in for a new battery but every where was closed. I honestly had no idea what I was going to do and was start to really get worried. Then I called AutoZone and spoke with a woman named Nicole. She told me she would find a way to fit me in, and she did exactly that. I was able to purchase a well priced new battery and she installed it for me. She was willing to inconvenience herself to help me out and did so with such a great, warm demeanor. She did an amazing job changing my battery and answered all my questions. I am so grateful that I called AutoZone and that Nicole was willing to help me! If you are looking for a car part or need any of the repairs they offer, you are definitely in good hands here. “These guys do solid work and he has a variety of custom shop tools specifically one that crimps air conditioning lines rubber to metal fittings encourage you to make an appointment as they are often very busy because they are very solid repair facility and many people use them for both private owners and commercial accounts.”
“Austin was very nice and very helpful another location told me the lillington location had a part (they did not) not the lillington locations fault it was the other locations fault (not a big deal) Austin then stayed on the phone with the McGees location for 10 ish minutes on hold he could tell I was kinda getting inpatient so he wrote my phone number down and gave me a call back once they responded that they had the part. He was also VERY nice and respectful I appreciate Austin very much GIVE MA BOY A RAISE”

“We can’t thank E.J. at NAPA Lillington enough for their superior service on Saturday. Our car died, it was hot, and we had our dog with us. I called NAPA, spoke with E.J. and walked to the store; where E.J. met me at the door. He had a battery in stock and although the store was closing, E.J. offered to drive me back to our car, test the charging system, and install the battery on the side of the road.We were having a really bad day, but E.J. and Lillington NAPA went above and beyond to get us back on the road!Thank You and our dog thanks you!”

“My appointment was at 2:30 p.m. and asked to be called when my vehicle was ready for oil change and now it is 4:30. Bad service and when I called at 4:15 p.m. no one at the service dept. Would answer the phone. I was told that it would only be about an hour and half. They was not answering the phone on purpose. I talked to the manager and he was very helpful.
