Would answer the phone. I was told that it would only be about an hour and half. They was not answering the phone on purpose. I talked to the manager and he was very helpful. “We can’t thank E.J. at NAPA Lillington enough for their superior service on Saturday. Our car died, it was hot, and we had our dog with us. I called NAPA, spoke with E.J. and walked to the store; where E.J. met me at the door. He had a battery in stock and although the store was closing, E.J. offered to drive me back to our car, test the charging system, and install the battery on the side of the road.We were having a really bad day, but E.J. and Lillington NAPA went above and beyond to get us back on the road!Thank You and our dog thanks you!”
