We had a large amount of money fraudulently taken out of our account and were getting nowhere with Truist customer service. Hannah and Magali went above and beyond to help us get our accounts closed, get new accounts opened and work with Truist to get our money returned! I never go in to the local branch and it made me think twice about why it’s worth the drive to establish relationships with your local branch. Can’t say enough good things about these two ladies!! Thank you both!

This review is only for the redhead that works window mostly. I always love her outfits and think that she is extremely easy on the eyes very helpful and sweet but I sadly don't know her name even though I see her almost every Monday

Been banking with BB&T for years. Always have had the best experience with all the staff. Set up meeting with a TRUIST financial advisor at our local branch. After spending at least an our with him explaining our goals for the future. He said he'd get his main manto call us. We've not heard a peep. No phone call, no email, nothing. Don't even bother to call us. You didn't before.

For awhile, they seemed like a great bank. Until today. I called in to ask questions regarding my account and their services. They put me on hold, only to hang up on me. Twice. Then, I finally get through to someone, ask my question and get told "We can't help you" and, guess what, hung up on, again. At no point was I hostile or rude. Bank anywhere else but here. This is unacceptable customer service.

Nice, but extremely slow. Thank God they are barely busy. If two people are in front of you, itll be at least 15 min before they get to you.

i read n old review where someone is talking abiut this bank hiring a thief...and you that posted it should have had papers served on you by bank and the individual...you obviously have a personal problem with the person amd are trying to cause problems...that is so weird,you are how old??? If you dont like it dont bank there..I am sure your chump change will not make them shut down!!!!

Such a great bank and really friendly service at this branch, but I opted out of overdraft.....but it only opted me out for in person transactions.....Not online too....Guess it isnt a branch problem just an annoyance i didn't expect that costed me an extra 36$ fee on top of the 10.15$ i overdrafted.....
