Been doing business with Aarons since 2007. Everything I have gotten has lasted a long time except for a laptop, but that wasn't their fault(children destroyed it). I like how now you can set it up to be drafted by your bank card weekly and not have to remember to go pay them or have to call to do it over the phone. I especially like the lease option on electronics because if it messes up they will make it right.

We have been shopping with Aaron's for several years have gotten a great variety of things from beds to mowers and more. The staff is nice and will work with you to get the items you want or need

Aaron's is quite different, even with good credit it will be hard to get approved, when you see people with bad or fair credit getting approved, which Aaron's used to approve basically anyone, but now the want to only approve those who have bad credit. Which does help those with bad Credit, but even with good Credit you still might need something they offer.So all in all, a one star for me, their selection and prices just aren't good enough anymore.

Had a dryer delivered from the Lincolnton store on February 17th. The delivery guys were very helpful and even reversed the door for us. Turned out to be more involved than thought. They were also punctual.

as long as u communicate with the entire staff they will help there customers whenever the need rises up they r professional,courteous,clean n very helpful in every way n unlike other eemt to own stores when u nuy a bedroom suite you cam purchase an additional end table n for ur bedroom to have 2 of them instead of one

Patty or pattie the sales manager should be fired everyone else there is great and have had no other issues so if you read this Arron's you should reevaluate who's in charge and demote or terminate patty she's a pathetic human being thank you and have a nice day

I will not be coming back to the Lincolnton location. We decided to get our bed elsewhere because it was too expensive, but that's not why we won't be going back to this location. From the moment we signed up for a rental we've gotten shotty service. They do not know how to communicate with customers or each other. They said we signed up for auto pay, they must have left that out at the beginning. I never do autopay because wherever you go it never comes out when it's supposed to or it takes too long, or in this case the first time they took it out on the wrong date and the second time they double charged me one week right after another. I went to go get my refund for one of the payments, the manager knew it was coming but it took over 20 minutes. The manager didn't even tell me why I was waiting so long but stood there and talked to a customer while I was waiting for him to refund me for their mistake. Then every time I call up there nobody has any clue what they're doing. I set up the appointment to have the bed picked up they set up for this last Monday I called up there I spoke to somebody he assured me that we can change it to Friday, I was assuming he made some sort of note in the computer but obviously not when I called up there today nobody knew what was going on and my appointment was not changed it was still set for Monday. I never ever had this kind of trouble with the errands in Mooresville. Poor management issues I guess.

Eager to sell you something but can not get any service after the purchase. Still waiting on a cushion almost 4 months after they said they ordered it from the factory.

We didn’t see anything in Badcock Home furniture so we went to Aaron’s beside Badcock in Lincolnton NC The lady that sold us the furniture was very polite but when we got our bedroom suit it was the wrong one we didn’t not send it back Because by the time they got it in the house and halfway put together and I seen it I felt bad so it was kind of like the one we wanted so I didn’t put up a fuss but I wish I did now it definitely was not put together properly not even a week of getting it the handles were coming off the wood underneath the bed was broken screws were coming out it was very upsetting because I still paid for this bedroom suit but I will never go back to Aarons again

I love this place! The people are so wonderful. I have got a lot of items from here the last one being just yesterday. We had a problem with it and I called this morning and they will be out this evening with a new one. I keep coming back to them because if I have any problems making my payment on time I just call and they put it in the system when I will be making the payment. I get paid every 2 weeks and if my check will be a day later than the payment I call and they make a note. They are not like a lot of the companies I have delt with and that is why I keep going back. I truly love this place!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
