As we're heading home, this was an opportunity to try a different ALDI and yes, it is precisely the same as every other one I've shopped. This is my 29th ALDI in North Carolina and 127th overall. No different!
Bakery, dry goods, meats and seafood, deli and produce, dairy and frozen. Of course, the Aisle of Awesomeness. This store is easy to shop!
Remember to bring your deposit for the shopping cart and your reusable bags because you're going to be putting your stuff in them yourself. And that's why it's so much cheaper than everyone else!

Love Aldi's. Great produce!! Yes, sometimes the produce is scattered around. But it's not because of the employees. Some people just do not want to straighten things up after they have rummaged through it. Honestly, all the times I have been in the store, I have not had a problem. It is a great store, and the prices are lower than regular grocery stores.

In my opinion, this place has improved since the last few times I've been, specifically in the check out process.
I was the third customer with a full cart behind a person with one item and a person with about 20 items. Another employee opened and started the check-out process. The first cashier jumped in to help with the multiples I had of about 14 items and they worked together to get everyone through the check-out process efficiently and effectively.
As a side note, Aldi's now requires all similar items of the same price to be scanned separately. For example: if you buy flavored 12 packs of water and purchase 2 units of 4 different flavors, it has to be scanned as 4 separate items instead of 8 units of 1 of the flavors.
