The best AT&T location, we went in and Tyler was very helpful. We switched over from Verizon and Tyler gave us a price quote and he infored us about all the charges and he let us know that we would have partial month charges. He couldn't give us the exact amount but he was close. I will only ever go to this location and see Tyler. Also huge shoutout to his manager Carlos who was off but still picked up the phone to answer questions.

I will not go to another location. Carlos was very helpful he broke down our bill and he even pointed out discounts we were missing and we left with a cheaper bill and a newline for our son. I recommend only going to this location.

At&t watch out what you do with them. They over charged you on bills. They a lot of hidden fees!!!!

Bryan was so very helpful. He went beyond with his time and expertise. He talked to Tech Rep because I did not understand. I applaud att for hiring him. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Please don’t let them fool you on extra things to pay for. I’ve worked for AT&T and this lady tried to sell me everything. Tell me that I had to do this for the first month and then can come back to cancel everything but not get a credit back lol. You DO NOT HAVE TO PUT INSURANCE OR NEXT UP PLAN ON. Do not let them tell you that AT&T added this as a new system. You do not have to do it.

I went to the one in Lincolnton, North Carolina, and I had to wait because there was a couple ahead of me that was needing help that was a little bit involved. I didn’t mind.
Carlos helped me with a phone that wouldn’t let me call out.He was knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. Very personable. When it was my turn, he apologized whenever we had to wait for the computer to process slowly. He got me set up on switching to my own phone account from my daughter’s .When we were finished, he thanked me for my patience. He was good. I presume he was a manager.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Took about 5 minutes get waited on because they only had one employee working at the time. My phone's working and I was treated right so the wait was not an issue.

We had an amazing experience with Raymond tonight. He was very helpful and polite and has great customer service. Me and my husband walked in the store and was instantly greeted with a smiling face happy to help us upgrade our phones and set them up for us.
